        Public Foundation "Linguistic Centre" was founded in October 1996 on the grant of "Mobil Oil Kazakhstan inc." company with support the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as non-profit professional educational structure.
        The founder of Public Foundation "Linguistic Centre" is Dairova Kadisha who is in the present time a Counselor in charge of Education, Culture and Press and Representative of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of
Kazakhstan at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
in the US and Canada.
       Since 1999 the Director is Gulnar Seisenbayeva.
